Full registration includes:
Wednesday Workshop,
Welcome Reception,
morning/afternoon breaks and lunches on Thursday and Saturday,
dinners and Evening Events on Thursday and Saturday,
and Networking Day on Friday.

Late Registration (after April 30, 2012): EUR 435
Guest of Registered Attendee (includes all above listed items except morning/afternoon breaks, lunches and scientific presentations on Thursday and Saturday)
Adult - EUR 240
Child under the age of 16 - free of charge
Day fee: EUR 160
Important Dates:
April 30, 2012 – Date on which early registration discount ends.
June 15, 2012 – Date after which no refunds for cancellation of registration.
Walk-in registrations are accepted but we cannot guarantee that we will have seats or conference materials available at the conference.

Workshop Registration options for companies
Workshop registration options:
- You are welcome to register for the workshop only at the favourable price of DKK 350 (registration fee does not include participation in the subsequent ESM conference).
- If you wish to have information about your company/institution included in the conference bag, we only ask for a voluntary contribution.
- If you would like to present your company profile at the workshop in a 5-min. presentation, we would ask for a more substantial contribution of DKK 2,500 (registration fee does not include participation in the subsequent ESM conference).
